Dissociative Identity Disorder, as defined by the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a condition in which a single person displays multiple distinct identities or personalities, each with its own pattern of perceiving and interacting with the environment. The diagnosis requires that at least two personalities routinely take control of the individual's behavior with an associated memory loss that goes beyond normal forgetfulness.

Because I'm not afraid to look up facts to prove people wrong. Most people just want to state their opinion and expect you to just believe them. If I think you are wrong I'll go look it up. If the fact show that I was correct I will point it out, if I'm wrong I'll be happy that I looked it up to find out.
hmmm...
I don't trust people. I guess that would be the gist of what I just said.
I'm also not afraid to be myself. If I am uncomfortable in a group, I make it obvious, and do not try not be the person that they want me to be. I accept that who I am is perfectly normal, and I cannot stand when someone tries (I mean OBVIOUSLY is trying) to not be normal... because all that does it place them in another rather LARGE group of people that would accept them as being normal.
If that doesn't make sense, I apologize. |

so i am visiting my parents for the holidays.
since i moved out of the house to go to college the heater broke in my room, and it has never been replaced. thats been 3 years since it has worked.my parents dint care because we are on separate units in the house.
so, since it is so cold i am sleeping on the floor in my bathroom, since it does have a heater. its only one of those small vent heaters, but it works.
this reminds me of the last time i slept on the floor in here. when i was in middle school my parents would wake me up at 5 AM to shower and get ready for school.i would take hour long showers back then, so eventually i wised up, turned on the water and then just went to sleep on the floor. it was awesome. except when i got caught.
MERRY CHRISTMAS! |

im tired,
and exhausted. and here is a difference in the two.
ive been getting pissed off a lot lately. my boss, who is also one of my best friends, really ticked me off by taking away something that i had been promised, without even asking my opinion. i know that is his right, but breaking promises does not make good followers.
im pissed because by noon tmrw i will have worked at least 31 of the allowed 20 hours i can work each week.i have been working since 9 am today and will be working until 12:30 am tonight. and then in the morning i have to get up at 8 and work until at least noon.
i'm depressed because i miss so many people. i miss being around mark all the time. i miss Jeffery, and Sami, and Corey, and Amy i miss having long talk with the colonel about anything and everything. i now talk to David, but the colonel never talked down to me, and i miss that. i was his peer, not his pupil.
i miss having real friends too. i hate that i have friends now that do nothing but talk about people behind their backs. its too obvious where loyalties stop here. but everyone tries to fake it.
i want to be alone more than i want to be with other people. i like it that way, and i always have. i like peace and tranquility. i like to sit in silence and not have it be awkward. i like giving inanimate objects personality so i can talk to my crazy self.
i miss those people that would talk to me just because i was there. not because they had too.
i want to be my own person, and not get criticized for doing the things that i am good at and do well.
but most of all, i just want to sit down and listen to my kind of music and stare at the stars by myself. i want to remember my purpose. because it has long been forgotten. |

If shirts with expressions are your thing then you can't very well leave this one out of your collection? "Have a Nice Day" -- please, that's so yesterday. So, if your favorite book is called "Revelation" and you spend more time working on your underground bunker than you do at your job, then this is the shirt for you. "We're All Gonna Die" is not only technically accurate (after all, you're not providing a timeframe) but it's also got the new Glenn Beck logo to make sure that people know your insanity has good company.

I am currently in the process of switching over to Vox, which I think is a nice step towards creating a good blend between modern blog designand the community of the horrible looking myspace.
i only have 3 invites at this time, so if anyone would like one, let me know. |

Due to the proliferation of anything-goes download sites and word-of-mouth system recommendations from well-intentioned experts such as Your Cousin or That Guy At Best Buy, people do all kinds of stupid things to their computers. Some of this advice might even have been relevant 5 or 10 or 15 years ago, but people still keep blindly following along, and then wondering why using their PC is so unpleasant.
When somebody requests my help because their Windows PC has slowed to a crawl, what irks me is when I find plenty of "optional" software that's installed by legitimate applications. It's tough enough to weed out the spyware/adware/pointlessware without having to deal with this junk.
All these useless freebies can be avoided if the user would select the "Custom" option during the installation of the app they intended to instead, instead of next-next-nexting their way through the setup. The garbage that legitimate apps are bundling nowadays in their default installs annoys me tremendously.

The commercialization of blogs has, I think, skewed people's perception of what they can be. To many, if you're not doing 50,000 unique visitors a day you should just throw in the towel, you're a failure. If your funny story about shopping at the Apple store can't be Digg'd or Boingboing'd then what good is it? |

So this week has been cool.
Its the first week in a month that was normal (no camps, actual days off from work, sleeping in my own bed, etc.) I also wasnt spending money on my computer. Eventually I will buy a DVD Burners, but right now my card wont work like I want it to.
I bough Claire 4 Fishies and a 10 Gallon Aquarium. And the stuff that goes with the Aquarium. There are lots of rocks, some of which were left over from when i had a goldfish when i was little. Theres a glow in the dark blue plant, 5 other fake plants, 6 plant seeds that are in the process of sprouting, a snail with a "no fishing" sign, a fake yellow fish, a fake tree stump thingy, and one of thgse little rock formations, which the fish like to swim through. They are finally figuring out how to swim through the tree stump. Theres also a Naval Diver in there thats connected to the air pump, so he makes BUBBLES! Fish Love bubbles. I really like the aquarium set. It was 50$ and came with the tank, the water treatment, the water filter, heater, thermometer, net, hood, and light. There's 2 black fish. Ghost and Shadow. Ghost is big, Shadow is tiny. There's two Calico GOldfish. Oscar is Big and looks kinda like hes been in a trash can (hence the name). Freddy is almost as big, but not quite. He got his name because he's actually mostly white, but he has a red ring around his eye. (Fish + Red Eye = Freddy). They stay in my room, so I have to remember to feed them. The lfood label says feed several times a day. I assume that means more than 3, and less than 7. I have to remember to crush the food up before I stick it in there, or else the Calicos will eat all the big pieces and the Blacks ones won't get to eat anything. I want to buy a few more fish, but I want to see if i can get tadpoles before we leave for school. Once we get to school, the fish will be in Claires room, so I may just get myself my own Fishies and Aquarium.
The fish listen to Beethoven and Mozart and John Williams a lot, so I believe that they will be smart fishies when they get to school.
I believe that it is time for bed. Good Night to all. |

Anyone that tries to call someone "anti-choice" is obviously now going to be called "ANTI-LIFE" I think you deserve that title, for your own ignorance has earned it for you.
The only forced pregnancy is one the is conceived by a raper and the rapee. And that is the ONLY forced pregnancy. There is a GIGANTIC difference between FORCED and Lack of Responsibility and Mistakes.
Get your facts straight. Most (by which I mean more that 75%) pro-lifers agree that there should be exceptions to ANY and ALL Anti-Abortion Laws. Obviously pregnancies started by rapists, and ones that will likely kill the mother fall into that category. Any bill that does not agree with the last sentence has never made it anywhere in either Houses. EVER.
The way I see it there are very FEW reasons why someone would need an abortion.
A)Irresponsibly had sex and got pregnant and then doesn't want to have the baby. B) Reluctantly had sex (rape) and got pregnant and doesnt want to have the baby. C) Gets pregnant and the birth will greatly endanger the life of the mother. D) Gets pregnant, wants the baby, and then later realizes that they cannot afford to raise the child.
Any reason that a person comes up with will fall under one of those. Unless another Angel comes down and God impregnates another virgin.
All of the above except (C) can always think about doing the following: ADOPTION.
Obviously if someone cannot afford to raise a child, there is ALWAYS adoption. IT'S NOT A BAD THING! Both my sister and I are adopted. We were both raised in an intelligent household with very strong moral and a good education. We are NOT exceptions. Most adopted children get this kind of care. Only SOME are treated like crap. Children placed in foster care after many years cannot be placed in this topic because it wouldnt have anything to do with abortion.
If a person made the mistake of (A), then they SHOULD feel guilty about what they did. EVERYONE KNOWS THE RISK OF HAVING SEX... GROW UP AND DEAL WITH IT! "Mommy, how are babies made?" WAKE UP! 4 and 5 year olds know how people get pregnant! I don't care if they used condoms, the pill, or other types of birth control. If they were still having sex with the obvious risk out there, then they should feel guilty, and not a single one of them has the right to say otherwise. They had the original right to choose. When people make the wrong choices they are punished. Deal With It. Go sit in the corner and put on your dunce cap, because you are now an idiot.
How about this. YOU HAVE A KID. AND HAVE IT TAKEN FROM YOU. SEE WHERE THAT GETS YOU. |

What will be left when I’ve drawn my last breath Besides the folks I’ve met and the folks who’ve known me Will I discover a soul-saving love Or just the dirt above and below me Sometimes I pray for a slap in the face Then I beg to be spared cause I’m a coward If there’s a master of death I bet he’s holding his breath As I show the blind and tell the deaf about his power Can I be used to help others find truth When I’m scared I’ll find proof that it’s a lie Can I be led down a trail dropping bread crumbs That prove I’m not ready to die |

If you don't Believe in Jesus, and do not have Christian beliefs... why in the world would you be worried about anything related to 666? The mark of the beast is definately a Christian belief, and oddly enough, it cannot be contibuted to the pagans.
Its not a beliefs of the Jews. Nor anyone else that is not Christian.
There are only a few mentions of the number in the Old Testament and they do not even refer to the same issue.
The whole issue of the mark of the Beast comes from Revelations 13:18. " Here is wisdom. He who has understanding, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man. His number is six hundred sixty-six."
People are idiots. Doomsday comes after the Trumpets. |

so heres my complete list of mutants i can recognize in x3
ProfessorX Wolverine Storm Jean Grey/ Phoenix Beast/"Hank" McCoy Rogue Iceman Kitty Pryde Cyclops Angel Colossus / Piotr Rasputin jubilee(who i think is crap. shes not a very interesting mutant and she is entirely pointless in the films)
Magneto Mystique/Raven Darkholme Arclight (shockwave girl) Porcipine kid is Quill, even though he is listed as Kid Omega, which I storngy believe was a mistake on behalf of the writers.
Spike (the guy that fights Wolverine in the woods) is similar to both Spyke in XMenEvolution and a character of the same name in the NEW XMEN Comic Series Psylocke Multiple man Juggernaut Pyro Callisto (speedy girl)
Leech (cure boy)
Moira MacTaggert
Both Trask and Kavita Rao make an appearance. Neither are mutants, but have a strong role in xmen. Trask Creates the Sentinels in the comics and Rao was developing the cure. |
